At ROUH ESSENCE PERFUMES, we take immense pride in crafting and delivering high-quality fragrances. We ensure that every bottle is securely packaged; however, if you receive a damaged item, we are fully committed to offering a seamless refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Replacement Policy:
Perfumes will only be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective. In such instances, we will gladly send you a new perfume under the following conditions:

  • The perfume must remain entirely unused.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Replacements or refunds are not available for "change-of-mind" purchases or for products that have been opened or used.

2. How to Report a Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Proof: Include your order number and share clear, well-lit photos of the damaged item and its outer packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed directly to your original payment method within 3 days.
  • Alternatively, if you prefer, we can immediately arrange an exchange and ship the exact same product to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control purposes, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Gift cards.
  • Promotional or complimentary items.
